Mouse Pro does not actively collect, store, or transmit any personal or non-personal data during normal use.

We only collect limited information in the following cases:

  • Support & Communication: If you contact us for technical support or subscribe to our mailing list, we may collect your name and email address. This information is used solely to provide accurate and high-quality service.
  • Standalone Version License Activation: When activating the standalone version with a license key, the Software may collect a machine identifier (if available). This is used only to bind the license key to your device and prevent unauthorized use.

2. Screen Recording

Mouse Pro uses screen recording exclusively for its Zoom feature, which allows users to magnify the current screen content for better visibility during presentations or tutorials.

  • What data is collected? Mouse Pro temporarily processes the current screen content to magnify it and display it back on your device in real time.
  • Purpose of data use: The screen content is only used for immediate on-screen magnification and is never stored, transmitted, or shared.
  • Third-party sharing: Mouse Pro does not share any screen recording data with third parties.
  • Data storage: No screen recording data is stored at any time.

Mouse Pro never records or transmits your screen content.

3. Internet Access

  • Mac App Store Version: This version does not initiate any internet access. All features work entirely offline.
  • Standalone Version: This version may use internet access only to verify license keys and check for software updates. No other data is transmitted.

4. Third-Party Services

Mouse Pro does not integrate with or rely on any third-party services that may collect data.

5. Support and Communication

If you contact us for support, we may receive and store your email address or other information you voluntarily provide. This information will only be used to respond to your inquiry and will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Children’s Privacy

Mouse Pro does not knowingly collect any information from users, including children under the age of 13.

7. Ownership and Distribution

Mouse Pro is developed and owned by Schopenlaam LLC. Currently, the Mac App Store version is distributed by Nanning Naasing Technology Co., Ltd..

8. Updates to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be reflected in the Software’s documentation or on the Mac App Store listing. Continued use of the Software after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
